Publishing proceedings is more than compiling PDFs. A high-quality volume requires a clear workflow, consistent templates, and complete metadata for each contribution. ESS Press supports organizers in setting up an operational publishing track that is predictable for authors and defensible for editors.

For conference authors

If your conference collaborates with ESS Press, submit your final paper only through the official OJS portal provided by the organizers. This ensures that your bibliographic metadata is complete and your contribution can be published accurately within the proceedings volume.

Before submitting, confirm that your file follows the template and includes all required declarations (authorship, permissions for third-party materials, and any relevant disclosures). If you are unsure which files are required, check the author guidelines or contact the conference organizers.

What you should prepare:

• References formatted according to the conference instructions
